These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and spin99 ("spin99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the spin99 online gaming platform accessible at https://spin99.lat and any related mobile applications, sub-domains, or affiliated services (collectively, the "Service").

• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of spin99 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are registering only one Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances associated with the secondary accounts.

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. spin99 is entitled to rely on the information provided by Users and bears no liability for consequences arising from the submission of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. spin99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account.

KYC verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal. The KYC process typically requires submission of a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport or driver's licence, proof of residential address dated within three months (such as a utility bill from TNB or Syabas, or a bank statement), and in certain cases a payment method verification document. KYC review is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission.

• One Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Account sharing with any other individual is strictly prohibited.

spin99 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain continuous uptime and service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or technical failures may periodically affect Service availability. spin99 shall not be liable for any losses attributable to service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

spin99 supports a broad range of Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20. All Account balances are held in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). There are no currency conversion fees applicable to MYR-denominated transactions.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and tier.
• Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are credited instantly under normal operating conditions.
• FPX and direct bank transfer deposits typically clear within 5 to 15 minutes depending on the issuing bank.
• USDT TRC20 deposits require blockchain network confirmation and typically process within 15 to 30 minutes.
• spin99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The name on the payment method must match the registered Account name.

Withdrawals:

• All withdrawal requests require a fully verified Account (KYC completed) prior to processing.
• Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and approved within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the method and Account status.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to daily and monthly limits based on VIP tier.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, in adherence with anti-money laundering standards.
• spin99 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving withdrawals above a specified threshold.
• Any balance derived from Bonus Funds that has not completed the applicable wagering requirement is not eligible for withdrawal.

spin99 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the point of promotion and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. spin99 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion specifies its own wagering requirement (rollover). Failure to meet the rollover within the stated expiry period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• During an active bonus, a maximum bet cap applies per spin or hand. The standard maximum bet while a bonus is active is RM 250, unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this cap may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of related winnings.
• Game contribution rates towards wagering requirements vary: slot games typically contribute 100%, live casino table games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. The specific contribution schedule is detailed per promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to the completion of wagering requirements, unless a promotion is classified as non-sticky (cashable).

• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time, unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking.

Birthday bonuses are available to verified Account holders who have registered their date of birth and maintain a qualifying activity level. Birthday bonus amounts are tiered according to the User's VIP level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, VIP Diamond) and are credited within the User's birthday week.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the spin99 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and/or legal action as appropriate:

• Providing false identity information or misrepresenting age, nationality, or jurisdiction of residence.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform without express written authorisation from spin99.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in arbitrage, match-fixing, or any scheme designed to guarantee returns through coordinated betting activity across multiple accounts or platforms.

• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the platform or the experience of other users.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under local law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude spin99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other form of liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All games on the spin99 platform operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer tables, physical dealing in professionally audited studios. spin99 makes no warranty or representation regarding specific game outcomes.

spin99 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at its sole discretion at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date prominently displayed.

Where amendments are material in nature, spin99 will endeavour to notify active users via in-platform notification or registered email. However, it is ultimately the User's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated provisions.

If you object to any change in these Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service and close your Account. Outstanding balances of verified real-money funds will be returned to you in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws relevant to the jurisdiction of incorporation of the operating entity. Prior to initiating any formal dispute, Users are required to contact the spin99 support team and allow a minimum of 30 calendar days for spin99 to investigate and respond. spin99's decision on all matters relating to game fairness, bonus eligibility, and transaction disputes shall be final, subject to the escalation procedures set out in the dispute resolution framework.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
